Career Coaching Program

Program includes:

• Initial 30 minute intro call

• Behavioural and career exploration assessment (completed online)

• Two individualized reports using the results from the Birkman Method Assessment are providd, highlighting behaviours, interests and career options. The Career Coaching Report provides data on:

  • Overall Personality focusing on Interests, Usual Style, Needs and Stress response

  • 9 personality factors exploring usual style, needs and stress

  • Interests broken into 10 weighted categories and focused on work interests

  • Top career categories 

    
    The Career Coaching Supplemental Report is a blend of topics pulled from the Birkman that provides additional insight into an individual’s:

    • Motivators

    • Strengths

    • Learning style

    • Organization fit and focus

    • Approach to a job search
